Loyalists are middle class citizens not quite willing to turn on their fellow man & enlist, but still wish to aid the Union for either the greater good or their own personal comfort. Whilst not beating or killing other citizens, they still aid towards the cause by turning in violators and providing information that leads to their arrest & amputation. Loyalists also garner points via organised labour work. A loyalist is to be thought of as a priority citizen, above a non-loyalist system but typically under the standard metropolitan unit, and that is how loyalists should act, regardless of their tier.
Point Designations:

Assisting authorised workers
Attaching to an UNCE approved light labour session (wiping, mopping, etc.)

Partaking in an UNCE scheduled propaganda event (rallies, etc.)
Assisting in an UNCE approved moderate labour session (construction)

Saving the life of a loyalist or Civil Protection unit
Assisting re-arrest or providing information to the recapture of a biotic

A citizen is not allowed to earn more than five points per (OOC) day.
They are exempt from this rule in case of the 2 previous rewards.
They can be issued regardless of how many points were earned already that day.
Loyalist Tiers:
Black tier - 5 points
A black tier loyalist has amassed five singular loyalist points and will don a distinctive black band to signify their now official status as a loyalist.
Black tier loyalists receive little to no benefits but only require five points to reach their status.
A black tier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a black loyalist armband.
Officially recognize themselves as a loyalist.
Attend basic loyalist events/venues such as beach trips or dinners.
Brown tier - 15 points
A brown tier loyalist has reached a total of at least 15 loyalist points and receives medium grade rations.
They exchange their armband and are treat with slightly more prestige than a black loyalist.
A brown tier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a brown loyalist armband.
Receive 2 rations.
Enjoy minor vices.
Red tier - 20 points
Red tier loyalists have garnered at least 20 loyalist points and are outfitted with a more distinctive, prestigious armband to show for it.
Since they're only five points up from a brown tier, they don't receive any major primary benefits.
A red tier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a red loyalist armband.
Access to the Criminal Action Pardon:
A loyalist can use this ONCE during his duration of stay in Civil Society to clear any anti-civil points during a time when it is suitable.
It is usable only one time and cannot be used to void amputations (eg. once you reach 12 points, you're unable to use it as well).
A letter of recognition from the Administrator.
Enter Loyalist Grade Housing.
Blue tier - 35 points
Blue tier loyalists are recognized at clocking in a total of 35 loyalist points and are rewarded with more benefits.
A blue tier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a blue loyalist armband.
A meeting with the Administrator on the meaningful topic of your choice.
Green tier - 50 points
Once a citizen has gained 50 or more loyalist points, they will be recognized as a green tier loyalist, and be given an armband to designate them as so.
Like other tiers, they gain the benefits of the tier below them as well as some new ones.
A greentier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a green loyalist armband.
Partial bypass of the UNCE application system, skipping straight to the interview process (for forum application divisions.)
Receive 3 rations.
White tier - 65 points
The highest tier a loyalist can reach.
A white tier loyalist has amassed 65 points or more and is viewed with extreme prestige and recognition.
A white tier loyalist is entitled to:
Wear a white loyalist armband.
Host a ceremony at 100 points in cohesion with the Administrator.
Attend meetings regarding the status of the City.
